About: Francis Greenway, a convict-turned-architect, who designed some of Australia’s most iconic buildings, including Hyde Park Barracks. His architectural legacy remains a defining feature of early Australian heritage.

Tasting notes: The sugarcane decaffeination process is sustainable, natural and eco-friendly, preserving coffee’s flavour and aroma while removing caffeine. Green beans are steamed, then soaked in ethyl acetate derived from sugarcane. The caffeine bonds with ethyl acetate, and after extraction, the beans are dried leaving high quality decaffeinated coffee.
