About: Major General Lachlan Macquarie, known as the Father of Australia, whose governance from 1810 to 1821 transitioned the colony from a penal settlement to a growing free society. His infrastructure projects and support for convicts shaped modern Australia.

Tasting notes: The sugarcane decaffeination process is sustainable, natural and eco-friendly, preserving coffee’s flavour and aroma while removing caffeine. Green beans are steamed, then soaked in ethyl acetate derived from sugarcane. The caffeine bonds with ethyl acetate, and after extraction, the beans are dried leaving high quality decaffeinated coffee.
