About: Captain Matthew Flinders, an exceptional navigator, who completed the first full circumnavigation of Australia and is credited with naming the continent. His meticulous maps and exploration efforts were vital to early settlement.

Tasting notes: The sugarcane decaffeination process is sustainable, natural and eco-friendly, preserving coffee’s flavour and aroma while removing caffeine. Green beans are steamed, then soaked in ethyl acetate derived from sugarcane. The caffeine bonds with ethyl acetate, and after extraction, the beans are dried leaving high quality decaffeinated coffee.
